2. How many cartridges will I receive per month?

When you sign up to subscription, you can choose the cartridge quantity and shipping frequency.

3. How many shaves will I get from one cartridge?

Our blades are durable, and they will perform well for long periods of time. Of course our cartridges are affordable, we recommend changing your cartridge weekly if you love a fresh blade shave.
Many customers tell us that they like to change their blades every 6-8 shaves.

4. What if I don't shave often?

You could choose the shipping frequency according to how often you shave when sign up to subscription. If you change your shave habit recently, you can adjust it at any time on your Shave Plan Page.

5. When can I receive my recurring shipments?

The recurring billing date is determined by your first sign up date. For example, if you sign up on the 15th, your recurring shipments will be billed and processed on the 15th of the month. And your products will be shipped out within 48 hours of your bill date.

6. Can I change my shave plan?

You can change your subscription in your Shave Plan Page any time, including upgrade/downgrade, suspend, reactivate, change the frequency of your shipments.

7. Can I cancel my plan and how?

We really don't want to let you go but you could stop your subscription at any time for no reason. You could go to your Shave Plan Page and choose Delete Plan. Please let us know if you are experiencing issues, and we'll do our best to help you out.


8. What's the difference between X3 or X5 cartridge?

The X3 has 3 stainless steel blades for a neat and right to the spot cut. The X5 has 5 stainless steel blades and 1 additional trimmer blade for hard shave spot, such as under nose area.

9. Can X3 and X5 use the same handle?

Yes, they can.

10. Do your cartridges fit other brand handles?

Our cartridges are uniquely manufactured and only fit our handles.

14. How long will my order take to arrive?

We work with the International Postal System and major parcel carriers in different countries to get your order to you quickly. The estimated delivery would take for 7~25 workdays depending your location. Friends in remote areas may experience shipping delays of up to 4 weeks.
Please note that during Holiday season, due to high volume, all shipping carriers (including FedEx, UPS and DHL) will experience delays in deliveries.
